Project GRAD programs: Hispanic Graduate Reception

The annual reception held each Spring graduation continues a rich tradition of honoring all Hispanic graduates from Texas Tech, including the health sciences center and the law school. Shown here is Javier Espinoza with his wife and new baby and Chancellor David Smith. Javier spoke at the 2002 graduation giving thanks to his family and friends.
